Our concept

One dish, reinvented

WILD is a restaurant and cocktail bar built around one dish: the spring roll. We serve more than 20 fresh and fried spring roll recipes with Cambodian and international flavours, alongside signature cocktails created in-house. There are two WILD restaurants in Cambodia, each in its own garden: one in a traditional Khmer wooden house in Siem Reap, the other in a 1,000 m² garden in Phnom Penh.
