WILD Siem Reap Creative Spring Roll Restaurant & Cocktail Bar
WILD Siem Reap is a restaurant and cocktail bar built around one dish: the spring roll. We serve more than 20 fresh and fried spring roll recipes with Cambodian and international flavours, and 17 signature cocktails created in-house. WILD opened in 2018 in a traditional Khmer wooden house on Aleah Road, in Wat Damnak, about 5 minutes on foot from Pub Street.
Not a snack bar
A full dinner, made of spring rolls
WILD is a sit-down restaurant. Two plates of spring rolls per person (6 rolls) make a full meal, and most guests are surprised by how filling it is. Fresh rolls are wrapped in rice paper. Fried rolls use a traditional wrapper made from cassava and potato flour. The menu lists 16 rolls plus a special, drawn from a repertoire of more than 20 recipes that rotate.
Behind the bar
Twice Best Cocktail Bar in Cambodia
WILD Siem Reap was named Best Cocktail Bar in Cambodia by Sovrin Magazine in 2018 and 2022. Our team trained in mixology and is truly obsessed with cocktails: every recipe is tested and refined before earning its place on our menu. Every award-winning cocktail is still on it. All 17 signature cocktails were invented at WILD and use Cambodian flavours and ingredients. Everything is made in-house: infusions, syrups and fresh juices, nothing from a can or a bottle. Our Khmer Collection (Kampot Pirate, Khmer Spritz, Lost on the Silk Road, Mekong Last Light) is made with Cambodian craft spirits. The Khmer Liqueur Set offers four house liqueurs to taste side by side: passion fruit, lime, roasted coconut and candied ginger.
First time at WILD?
Start with the 5-Roll Cambodian Tasting Set
Our signature tasting set turns five iconic Cambodian dishes into spring rolls: green mango with salt and chili, banana blossom salad, amok, chha trob (eggplant with meat) and stir-fried holy basil. In one dinner, you taste the essentials of Khmer cooking in a form you will not find elsewhere. The set is served per person, on its own or with a cocktail or mocktail.
Who's coming?
Two of you, a big group or the kids too
Date night or a birthday with friends
In the evening, candles come out across the garden and the playlist runs from the 1960s to today, with a soft spot for vintage Cambodian rock 'n' roll. Couples take a quiet corner or a daybed. Birthday groups share plates and rounds of cocktails, then walk five minutes to Pub Street for the rest of the night.
Kids? Yes, bring them!
We have a little girl ourselves, so we know: when the little ones are busy, the whole family relaxes. That's why we keep games for every age, from wooden blocks for toddlers to board games like Catan. Young guests love the garden, parents love the daybeds, and on the menu kids can stick to familiar flavours or try a roll inspired by Cambodian dishes.
A vegetarian-friendly restaurant in Siem Reap
About 60% of the menu is vegetarian, and several dishes are vegan or can be made vegan on request. Many of our rolls were built around vegetables and herbs from the start, so nobody at the table is stuck with the one veggie option: vegetarians, vegans and meat-lovers order from the same menu.
Our Garden
A Khmer wooden house, brought back to life
A traditional Khmer wooden house, abandoned for years and restored from top to bottom, with its garden replanted from scratch. Today, the garden is what guests love most, and the covered terraces are the place to sit back with a cocktail and watch the greenery. Most seats are covered, so you can enjoy outdoor dining in Siem Reap even in the rainy season.
Food first, purpose behind
Fair to our team
Behind every spring roll is a team of 45 people across our two restaurants. They are paid a fair salary, with health insurance, a pension, maternity leave at 120% of salary, and more.
