DAYS OFF
how does it work?
Every month, you have 1 day off you can use when you want/need.
You can keep up to 7 days off maximum. If you have 7 days off but don’t use it, you don’t get more, but we pay you extra like you worked one extra day.
You have day(s) off and want to use it? It’s easy!
1: Ask in advance
When you take a day off, we may need to find a replacement solution to make sure the restaurant has enough team members to work well.
This is why we ask you to ask 1 week in advance for days off.
2: Ask your Manager
First thing to do is to see your manager/captain or send her/him a message to request your day off.
If it’s ok, or when a replacement solution is found, your day off is accepted.
SICK DAYS
how does it work?
It may happen that you have an accident or get sick.
For this reason, every month, we pay for the National Social Security Found (NSSF), so you can get medical treatment without paying.
1: Tell Us
As soon as you can, call or send a message to your manager or the group admin to tell them you can’t come to work.
2: Go to the right hospital
If you can’t come to work, you need to see a doctor.
Not every hospital accept NSSF card. So it is important to go to one from this list:
3: Ask for a Certificate
If the doctor thinks you cannot work, you need to ask for a certificate. If the clinic or hospital do not have it, give them this one to print and give back to you.
IMPORTANT:
The certificate is the proof that you cannot come to work.
If you don’t get a certificate from the doctor, you will not be paid for the day you are not coming to work, and may face other sanctions.
